- All orders paid via any finance option are not eligible for return or refund
- Special orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours of ordering being placed
- Request for return must be made within thirty (30) days of receiving merchandise
- All returned items must be in new, original condition and in original protective packaging
- Used items are not eligible for return
- Wheels cannot have had tires mounted on them.
- Tires cannot have been installed, driven on or had labels removed
- Wheel and tire packages cannot be returned
- Special orders, custom built, drilled to order, custom finished, individually customized wheels are not eligible for return or refund
- All approved returns are subject to inspection and up to a 20% restocking fee, plus all freight costs incurred
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned product
- Cancelled orders and refused shipments are subject to the same terms and condition stated above
- Refunds on credit cards will be issued back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase
